We are a community-based 5013c health center serving the Dallas-Fort Worth community. Our Family Practice and patient-centered health center in Grand Prairie, TX aims to deliver comprehensive and high-quality primary health services at an affordable price each time you visit us.
It is the mission of our Primary Care providers (Physician and Nurse Practitioners) to provide services to you and your entire family.
We make it easy, and affordable so you can receive the health care you deserve. We offer a discounted/sliding fee schedule available for those who qualify.

A.L.M.S Community Health Center is a 501c3 Community Health Center, Inc operated in the state of Texas by health care professionals and their professional entities who employ the licensed professionals providing treatment and services.
Patients can always contact the office for treatment and service issues. A.L.M.S Community Health Center, Inc., provides health care services and treatment under the medical direction of a licensed physician. All practitioners are board-certified with greater than 50 years of service combined.

Excellent staff! I just changed from my previous pediatrician to ALMS and I have been SO happy with the individual attention my daughter gets from Dr Staggers compared to the last place that was SO busy. At parkland clinic, My kid was always in and out very fast and all kids were treated the same. But I Adore Dr. Staggers, she is AMAZING with my daughter!! She spends time studying her medical records, and she takes time to talk and listen to me and my child.

The staff and Providers are amazing. They really take the time to listen to your concerns and so far my patient outcomes have been positive. Charmee is awesome at the front desk annd I anlway enjoy seeing her, as well as, Faith and Jahiem the MAs/phlebotomist are so good and never miss with me. I just love going there!
